He went the extra mile several times while I was away, my car broke down and he took it to the mechanic out of his own initiative ( great mechanic). He personally took care of the pool as he has one and knows what it needs. The marketing was great, he met with all the neighbors, he advertised everywhere, and he even started a social media buzz before the open house. When we were ready to show the house it was amazing, we could see what he was envisioning. He understood the market perfectly and priced it accordingly. Long story short we had several offers on the house and got everything we were promised. In the end, we were lucky to get Tom and will definitely work with him the next time around, meanwhile, if you want somebody that is good but also that would do what they say Tom is your guy.
